Paul Peck

Paul Peck is the founder of LWS Development LLC, a Maine real estate development company that has developed housing, assisted living and resort communities.

Since 1992, and continuing to date, Paul has practiced law at the firm of Drummond & Drummond, (DDLaw.com), one of Maine’s oldest and well-respected small law firms.

Paul is a proven problem solver and leader. His legal education, career experiences and outgoing personality allow him to tackle challenges and devise a path forward that leads to solutions and positive results.

LWS Development is currently permitting an apartment community in Freeport. The housing project is textbook smart growth compact urban infill located in the busy Main St. The much-needed housing units will be super energy efficient, heated and cooled with Efficiency Maine promoted air-source heat pumps.

Paul is a past president of MEREDA, the Maine Real Estate & Development Association. MEREDA is Maine’s leading real estate organization, whose mission is to support responsible development. Paul currently serves on the MEREDA board and is the co-chair of its public policy committee.

Paul’s other volunteer activities include currently serving on the Carrabassett Valley work-force housing committee. His past work includes serving as past-president of the Portland Chamber of Commerce, member of the Portland Zoning Board of Appeals, and member of Portland’s Eastern Waterfront
