Thank you Carrabassett Valley!

At the March 18, 2026, Town Meeting, Voters overwhelming approved two warrant articles that will help WMMH move forward on a planned workforce housing development on Bigelow Hill. The first was a zoning amendment that increased the allowable density on the lot donated to WMMH by Weyerhaeuser. The second was an appropriation of $140,000 from the TIF account to help with project costs. Thank you Carrabassett Valley!
