Lloyd Cuttler

Lloyd graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 1973 with a BS in Engineering. He moved to Carrabassett Valley to ski in 1976 and never left.

He started out working as a bartender at the Truffle Hound eventually ending up as a 1/3 owner. In 1979 he became a partner in the Valley Center Complex moving it to the Mountain and becoming what is now known as Village West. In 1980 he opened Geppetto’s restaurant selling it in 2013 to Sugarloaf.

In between he worked full-time as a Delta Airlines Pilot accepting mandatory retirement in 2015 and developed several of his own housing projects in Carrabassett Valley and Kingfield.
