Tim Gerencer

Tim Gerencer living in, and loving, Carrabassett Valley since 2020! Lori and I built a house here in 2010 and we are originally from central Maine. I have worked for a wood/gas stove manufacturer for 30 years. My industry has struggled with staffing due to high real estate/rent prices as well. I am also a member of the Planning Board and enjoy volunteering with the local mountain bike club. I previously worked in the trades and as commercial fisherman.
